Through collaboration with our high-caliber grower partners, the final blend is composed of fruit sourced from sub-appellations throughout Napa Valley to create layers of complexity and evocative flavors.

Each lot is kept separate in French Oak for 16 months and tasted throughout the year. Only the most distinctive components are integrated.
-
Hand-crafted with select lots from Oakville district, then balanced the blend with Yountville, Oak Knoll and Calistoga.

Beginning with a core of Cabernet, each complimentary varietal brings a distinct fruit and tannin profile resulting in a well-balanced wine with layered complexity.
Our Vision
Simply put, Napa Valley is an incredible place to grow and make Cabernet. Every sub-AVA brings unique nuances. I love tasting each small lot in barrel throughout the year before finally integrating my favorite components. The result is a richly layered yet classic Cab with all the power and intensity that Napa is known for, balanced with the sophistication of European winemaking styles.
